Leftout the Baked Potato

Just needed to put this in with the recipe from my previous post. I just wanted it on its own. An easy and fast dish to have anytime. Of course you'll need the potatoes to make it happen. You can have it cut anyways possible. Slice - thick/thin, wedges or cubes. Btw, thin slices will result in a crunchy texture similar to potato chips. A healthy version in replace from off-the-racks chips. I seasoned mine three ways. Tasted fantabulous without any accompanying sauce. It's cheap with a good source of carbohydrate and vitamins. Go slow with the salt and you're on the right path to a healthy living.
