Curry Potato Pies
I had another round of baking again tonight. This time a savoury pie. The fillings were potatoes, curry powder, salt and onions. However, I had a little trouble with the dough. It was soft. Maybe due to too much milk? or is it oil? Btw, pardon the lame foldings. I can't handle a softy pastry well thus the simple folds. I had wanted to "forked" the edges and make it looked nice. Another time maybe, when the dough's a little tougher. Overall, the pies were deliciously edible! I should have glazed them with beaten egg but forgot all about it. So no nice shine on these.
