Pineapple & Banana Pie

This is very similar to apple pie. Difference is only to the fillings. Substituted with pineapples and bananas. A note to remember. I used fresh pineapple thus the juice are a hell of a lot. Just drain them then pressed/squizzed them to let out most of the juices. SAVE the juice. You either drink it or make a sauce out of it. This can later be drizzled on top of the baked Pineapple & Banana Pie. To make pineapple sauce just simply cook brown sugar in a little water and let it simmer till thickens then add in pineapple juice with a little flour to thicken further. Leave it to cool. Great drizzler on any desserts!
