Hey check this out guys... there's a new chick in town. SweeeEET!!!Ooh peachy.. hiding in there eh?!

Oh man... she got the LEGS... drool***

sashay... sashay...* battling eyelids* "hmmm... what's up boys?" hmphooo . "Care to join me? hmmm... "The name's CUMIN and I'm all spiced up"... "Here's my card. If you got the stuffs check me out and we'll go rocking yeh. Anytime... anytime..." hmphooo... sashay... sashay... (Leaving the mindless fools drooling). And yeh baby, no worries, I'm sharing these with YOU...

Things to have
cumin - pounded
black pepper - pounded
dried rosemary - pounded
nutmeg - pounded
extra virgin olive oil
salt
2 chicken legs
Pound all the ingredients with a mortar and pestle. Make several slits through the chicken leg. Rubbed the paste all over the chicken legs. Have some paste rubbed into the cut slits and under the chicken skin. Leave to marinate for 1 hour. Place in a baking tray and cover with aluminium foil and bake @ 200'C for 30 minutes. Remove foil and turn the temperature down to 180'C and bake for 20 minutes till golden brown. The chick's now ready for some serious actions. To fill the baby up, you can bake it together with some brocolli, celery and potato like I did. Have them all cut in similar thickness to ensure even cooking.
