Banana Cake

Still got those leftovers bananas. Thus, the Banana Cake for tonight's dessert. I just gotta have something sweet after every meal. If not it just doesn't seems complete. Betcha I'm NOT the only one huh...???
Not much of a hassle in doing this cake. Of course you'll need a good 3-4 old bananas (the blacken ones w/c you won't wanna eat no more) to do the trick. The more bananas mashed, the lesser sugar you'll need as bananas are pretty sweet. This cake turned out goood! Perhaps much better with a dollop of cream and a cup of tea. Next time I'll do it for tea. Now I'm more confident to tryout more bakings!

Ingredients for Banana Cake
3-4 mashed bananas
1 cup brown sugar (less if you have more bananas)
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg - whisked
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp bio-carbonate soda
sprinkle of salt
1 cup self-raising flour - sift

Step-by-step Method

Mix in sugar into mashed bananas. Mix in vanilla essence, egg, melted butter.

Mix in bio-carbonate soda and sprinkle of salt. Mix in a little bit at atime self-raising flour.

Bake 1 hour @ 180'C. 2nd lowest rack. Walaaa!
